About me
I'm Tomáš Vojíř, the person behind FinlandFishing, and I run every trip personally — from the first email to the last day on the water.
Fishing in Finland isn't a business I run from a distance — it's a place I keep coming back to myself, to fish and to film. FinlandFishing grew out of wanting to bring other people along to experience the same quiet and the same waters, without having to sort out logistics, permits, and gear on their own.
I keep groups small on purpose — with eight people I can still react individually, adjust the plan to the weather and to what's actually working on the water, instead of sticking to a generic script.
Alongside fishing I also shoot and edit video, so every trip produces footage too — not as an obligation, but because I enjoy that part just as much as the fishing itself.
